How It Works

1. Create Your Classes
Set the class name, instructor, location, date and time, duration, capacity, and price.

2. Publish Availability
Customers can view upcoming classes and see how many spaces remain.

3. Customer Books & Pays
The customer chooses a class, enters their information, accepts the published cancellation policy, and completes payment.

4. Reservation Is Confirmed
The class spot is reserved and the customer receives a reservation code.

5. Customer Can Cancel
If the customer cancels, their reservation is removed from active capacity and the seat becomes available again.

6. Refunds Stay Under Owner/Admin Control
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Only an authenticated Owner or Admin can approve and initiate a refund.
